Submitting your ballot electronically is one of the most secure and convenient ways to ensure your voice is heard. To vote electronically, you must first authorize it by submitting a signed Electronic Voting Consent Form.

How to Submit Your Electronic Voting Consent Form:

Download and print the form using the link provided.
Complete all required fields and sign the form.
Submit the signed form in person to the HOA management company office during regular business hours.

To participate in electronic voting, your completed form must be received at least 14 days before the election date.
